Jennifer Dryer, a consultant for Tech2Elevate, has been in the customer service industry for over ten years. Three of those years were spent at a computer repair and technology support company as the Customer Service and Office Manager.

That experience puts her in a unique position, understanding both the technical side of clients’ needs as well as the interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with clients at all levels of digital knowledge. Throughout her career in the travel, hospitality, and retail industries, Jennifer has met and served members of the community from all walks of life.

Her number one goal is to positively impact others’ lives on a daily basis, and strives to have that effect through her work at Tech2Elevate.
