Trish Digliodo is the Co-Founder and President of Paramount Pursuits, an economic development consulting firm serving Pennsylvania and Ohio. Paramount Pursuits consists of a small business incubation program, workspace for entrepreneurs and community revitalization consulting services. Through the Business Incubator Program at Paramount Pursuits, Trish assists small business owners by working one-on-one with each client to develop a strategic plan to create and grow their business. Her assistance includes creating business plans and marketing plans, assisting in the MBE/WBE certification process, scheduling relevant seminars and speakers, and providing mentoring throughout each clients’ business journey. Trish designed all programming, and is responsible for marketing and promoting the Program. It is in this position that Trish has had the opportunity to serve over 600 entrepreneurs to make an impact on the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Pennsylvania and Ohio to ensure inclusivity for minority and women entrepreneurs.

From 2017 to 2022, Trish served as the Project Manager for the Beaver County Main Street Revitalization Contract secured by Paramount. In this role, she worked with seven low-to-moderate income communities in Beaver County to revitalize their Main Street Commercial Corridors. Trish and the Paramount Team assisted each organization in developing a Local Revitalization Organization, composed of local businesses, municipal leaders, nonprofits and spirited residents. The Paramount Team worked with each organization to develop a strategic action plan to revitalize their Main Street, and then worked side-by-side with the organization to provide them support, guidance, and resources to achieve success.For the last 35 years, Trish has worked in Project Management, Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Relations. Her expertise in these fields has helped clients open businesses, expand existing businesses, and expand the online presence of businesses. Her client list ranges from local restaurants and retail businesses to international companies to vineyards in Europe and South America.

Because of her ability to meet people where they are to improve their knowledge and skills, her dedication to equity and inclusion, and her intentionality in building collaborative relationships, Trish Digliodo was chosen as the Executive Director for Tech2Elevate in 2022.
